Since Apple does not allow directory navigation (other than pictures directory) on iPhone3/iPhone4, suppose your program creates a temp/trash file somewhere on the phone. After the user uninstalls your application, the trash file would remain on the iPhone forever would it not?
Take this to the next level… suppose you are a malicious developer, and if certain conditions are met you create a 16GB trash file on the phone. The phone would be unusable with no way to delete the trash file?
If anyone could please clarify a solution to this problem I would appreciate it.
