What are the ad providers which allow testing ads in simulator?
The only one I can think of is Revmob.
That shouldn’t really be a deciding factor in choosing a ad provider however.
This shouldn’t be much of an issue because you can use live builds, make edits to your code, save your changes and then your app updates on your device much like the simulator.
When you need to test things that only work on a device, live builds are your friend.
