Testing app on iPad mini

Hi all,

I’m testing my app on iPhone 6 and everything works good. But when I try to do the same on iPad something is wrong. For istance, I noticed that in settings options on ios there is no my app in the app list (on iPad), but when I test the app on iPhone 6 the app appears in the list.

I’m using facebook login and it works on iPhone but on iPad, when I try to login, I have an errore as you can see in the attachment.

Is it possible that the app is in sandbox mode on iPad? If that is the problem, how can I fix it?

When you built your app with the simulator, did you selcet an “iPhone AND iPad”  ?

Now I’m not on my computer. I don’t remember what I selected under supported devices.

This afternoon I will check. Do you think that this could be the cause of the issue?

Yes I selected iPhone and iPad but the problem is still here.
Some other idea?

I’m not sure I understand your problem : you built your app, put it on your iPhone 6 and it works fine. But you can’t add it on your iPad, right ? And I don’t understand the connection with Facebook…

How do you install your app on your devices ? Through iTunes ? Which certificate do you use to export your app from the simulator (ad-hoc, distribution, development ?). Did you add the device to the certificate (and re export your certificate before building your app ?).

No. I put my app in iPad and it works fine. But when I try to use the Facebook loging appear the error in the image. On iPhone and on Xcode simulator everything works good.
Yes i add the device into the certificate.

I get it. On iPad I use a different Facebook account. So until the app is not live, the facebook loging can’t works with any user but only with the developer facebook account.
