The format change between Iphone, Iphone 4 and Ipad

Hello,

I usually write my code on the iphone 4 simulator, when i change the simulator to let’s say Ipad or iphone. The format is changed, nothing is the same size. Is there any way to convert everything into all simulators the same format ?
