theme_ios assets license

According to http://developer.coronalabs.com/code/license, sample code is licensed under the MIT License.

Looking at CoronaSDK/SampleCode/Interface/WidgetDemo…

  1. I assume that this license covers theme_ios.lua and all .lua files under the widget_ios folder; correct?

  2. Does this license also cover all the assets (i.e. the PNG files) in all/any of the folders (i.e. WidgetDemo, assets, and widget_ios)?
