Thinking of selling all our apps

Thinking of selling all our apps as we have just had the email from Apple about only submitting xCode 5 apps from 1st of Feb. We only have a 2006 MacBook and can’t afford to upgrade.

Our website is www.caniplay.co.uk where all the apps are listed.

Brief description -

Character Creations - Drag and drop bits of a character (body, head, eyes etc…) you can also import images from camera or photo library and drop stuff onto them. Full version and free cut down version. It is a universal app but now wish I had made it iPad only (see below).

Paid

Character Creations HD - Same as above but iPad only.

Paid

Ball Barage Remixed - This started as a copy of the old crossfire board game but other stuff was added. It’s a 1 or 2 player game where you fire balls at a puck to score a goal. Free version is cut down.

Paid

Free

Winning Post - This is a free game with IAP coins to buy. You bet on horses as they race across the screen and depending on the odds, win money.

Free

Guess the Chemical Element - Guess the icon game for children where you guess the periodic element.

Paid

Voice Commands for Xbox One - Speaks commands to the Xbox One for anyone having trouble getting it to understand you.

Free

The sale would be exclusive, so I would either do a app transfer on iTunes Connect or remove the apps and send all the stuff to you (source code, images etc…)

No idea on price, could do with help here.

EDIT: No unique technology and no recurring revenue. According to App Annie, figures are -

Downloads - 24,563

Revenue - $326 (since Feb 27 2012)

Dave,

Price would be probably based on revenue + any unique technology.

Revenue - unless you have a hit in a red hot market, you can account about 1-3 times yearly revenue.

Unique technology is up to you to evaluate, but it would be something that the buyer wouldn’t be able to build by himself or by a contractor, or would take him a couple of year to do so. Most transactions wouldn’t put anything on this.

If you have recurring revenue, it can add some to the price too.

Its a broad range, but should give you an idea
