I had this message on account a few days, panicked at first but then changed the password with no problems.
Now am getting it again, searched on Google and see lots of people getting it repeatedly. When I read Apples explanation of why it happens, they say “if your password is entered incorrectly a number of times, they lock the account”.
Am now wondering what would happen when I updated my password if I didn’t update it on all my services (iCloud, iMessage, App Annie etc. etc…). Am wondering if one of them services keeps retrying with the old password, would that cause Apple to lock it down again ?
