This bundle is invalid - Nested bundles are not supported in iOS apps. ?

I just got the following message (per mail) after uploading a new app to Apple:

“This bundle is invalid - Nested bundles are not supported in iOS apps.”

What exactly does this mean and how can it be fixed?
