This has to be a new record for Apple reviews.

I submitted an update to Turkeys Revenge to Apple at 6:30pm on 11/23. They have been doing about 4 days and today at 6:30pm would be the 4 business day mark. Nothing unusual there, but…

11:17am - Your app status is In Review
11:55am - Your app status is Processing for App Store
11:59am - Your app status is Ready for Sale

38 minutes to review it. I made some pretty big changes to the game play from 1.0 and fixed a bug, but seriouslly 38 minutes for the review? I’m used to like 4-8 hours…

And even the 4 minutes from Processing to Ready seemed kinda fast… If memory serves, that usually more like a 15-30 minute process.

I’ve had an update stay in review for a few days before. Def a record. [import]uid: 31262 topic_id: 18466 reply_id: 70863[/import]

I think the fastest I ever had was around 10 minutes - however that one had been in review for 22 days, so not a big time saver

This is interesting, Omniblaster 1.4 went from In Review to Processing for App Store in 36 minutes… on a Sunday Night!.. It was Ready for Sale 2 minutes later.

But late on a Sunday??? 5:25 California time.
I wonder if they have some automated tests for updates that speeds the process along…

The lite version of the game just went into review a few minutes ago, so we will see if this pattern continues.
EDIT: The lite version was in review for 33 minutes and went live a minute later. Not sure what to think about it, but I like it! [import]uid: 19626 topic_id: 18466 reply_id: 71588[/import]

Yeah I have experienced that before. It’s good [import]uid: 84637 topic_id: 18466 reply_id: 71648[/import]
