I have submitted this as a bug report. Case 13036.
It appears since build .759, if the stage is rotated 180, touch events may not fire at certain points on objects. I tested as a global runtime listener and seems to not have this issue. I am guessing this problem popped up from the new changes for imagesheets and/or display group improvements. It happens in the mac simulator as well as devices.
Has anyone else noticed odd behavior like this they can report?
