Como podria hacer el seguimiento de un objeto a lo largo de un video?? Es decir hacer un tracking motion al estilo de affter effects.

Yo pongo un video en play y me gustaria seguir un objeto por la pantalla… por ejemplo en el video sale un coche por una carretera pues poder seguir la posicion x e y de ese coche con respecto a la pantalla.

Jonytexas wants to track some object on video 2D, he wants to obtain x & y attributes of this object in the video and use them to apply them other object that follows the video object. Something like follow the car in the video and put some text over the car that follows it.
I don’t know how to do real time visual tracking, probably something like image analysis and some advance maths.
