do you have an apple developers certificate? it is the only way you can install on an actual iphone device.

can you give me a screen shot?
most likely you are using “iphone distribution” instead of developer certificate. (for testing).

I’m using the trial version and my “Open for build…” item is not grayed out. I was able to build and download to my iPhone.
