Trial possibilities for device testing & store publishing

I want to use Corona to publish a simple app but it’s not going to make enough money to compensate for the $599 costs of the pro edition, so…

Using the trial (or should I say starter) sdk,

Is it possible to run corona apps on your own iOS to test?

Is it possible to submit to Apple’s app store?

Simple questions for which I have found no answer yet.

You need a Apple Developer account ($99/year) in order to publish apps to the Apple appstore.

That’s no problem. I have that.

Can I run a Corona app on my iPhone with my developer provisioning profile using the trial SDK?

Yes you can.On android too.

It’s not a trial.   You can submit apps to the app store/play store, as well as test on your devices.

Thanks all.

If it’s not a trial, is there a possibility to have it stop asking me to “Upgrade Today” dialog followed by a Continue, Verify Purchase and Buy Now button ?

That’s a small price to pay for such a great product that is free, don’t you think?

Actually it’s pretty annoying.

I’m currently seeing if another lua based kit also matches my needs.

We are addressing that popup in the next public build.

Thanx! That would help a lot.
