Trial Version - how far behind is it (in terms of bug fixes)

Re Trial Version can I ask:

(a) how far behind is it in terms of bug fixes? Eg was current trial release Dec 2011?

(b) how often typically do trial versions get updated?

© I assume there is a paid stable build releases, separate to the daily builds? If yes. How often do these subscriber stable build updates come out? Eg more often than the trial version?

(d) is the concept of developing on the trial version until publishing a bit flawed if you are using some recent features? Ie you wouldn’t be getting the fixes and perhaps wasting more time? (for me it’s storyboard I’m having some problems with: https://developer.anscamobile.com/forum/2012/05/06/storyboard-multiple-scene-entersceneexistscene-occuring-whats-wrong-code

Thanks

PS. If the trial version is the issue in terms of not have Storyboard fixes for stability, and then if I have to actually purchase subscription during development stage because of this (e.g. $199/year), then:

question - would it then be possible at the point I’m ready to publish to upgrade (i.e. pay the difference) to go to PRO ($349/year - all platforms)? i.e. $349 - $199 (i.e. so as not minimise spending during development only incurred to be stuck on known bugs in the trial version, that are fixed in versions a subscriber can get)? PSS - @Ansca - do you know when the next trial version drop will be? (sorry - but just trying to build up knowledge for the decision on whether I’ll need to pre-purchase subscription months before I’m near publishing) [import]uid: 140210 topic_id: 25990 reply_id: 105273[/import]
