Trying to upgrade to Pro, no response

About a week ago, i filled in the form on the website because i want to upgrade from Indie to Pro subscription. Uptil today I didn’t hear anything from Corona Labs?

I checked the incoming cases for rmbsoft@gmail.com, and couldn’t find anything recent nor related to an upgrade. Did you use a different email, by any chance?

If so, let me know so I can check again and have it processed asap. Otherwise, I’d recommend entering a new case through:
