TRYING to upgrade

I’m TRYING to upgrade my indie license to Pro. A month two ago I emailed the sales department about upgrading my license from indie to pro and they gave me a general summary and said to contact them when I was ready.

I’m ready. I’ve tried twice in the past two weeks to contact them but I can no longer get a response.

Anyone know a better way of going about this?

Might just have to wait, I too had issues trying to purchase a pro subscription, it took me ranting on the forums to finally have someone from CoronaLabs respond. I guess they are just terrible at taking peoples orders and money? [import]uid: 19620 topic_id: 29808 reply_id: 119541[/import]

Toddworld - I’m seeing that you had sent an email on Saturday and then again today. Sorry, we don’t have people working on upgrades over the weekend. And we have actually responded as of earlier today with the code you need to upgrade. Let me know if you did not get this email. My email is david AT coronalabs.
