I wanted to learn about game development using corona sdk … is there any video tutorials available on the net for free about game tutorials???

Yes, there are a bunch. We have some on the Corona Labs website (https://coronalabs.com/) Under the “LEARN” menu is “Corona University” there are a bunch of video tutorials there.

You could also go to Google.com and type in “Corona SDK Video Tutorials” and fine a bunch there.
