Tween train plugin

I ran across the tweentrain plugin last night and got very excited because it looks like a neat way to package up and help various transition management issues.

However having activated it in the marketplace, and included the required lines in my build.settings I’m getting an error message.  I downloaded the example project from gitHub and I’m getting the same message.  It looks like the plugin isn’t being incorporated when my app builds. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
