Hello, I am working on a project to give daily news for an app and it will use twitter. I wonder if there is the possibility of the app ‘read’ the tweets of a particular account (sorry for the newbie question)

You do have to pay for it, but it’s a one off payment of $10, and it will save you time getting all of the authentication stuff working. I bought it about 2 weeks ago and it works well. You can tweet, retweet, get list of followers etc.
