I noticed that on Play Store, your content rating was “Medium Maturity”. You should update it to “Everyone”.
A few terrible FreeCell apps have reached 1 million downloads, so I believe you can do better!

About the downloads, unfortunately not getting much. It is all about your position on Google Play and these days it is very hard to get noticed. Many low quality apps get listed before quality apps. The ranking algorithm is a secret but it has number of downloads in it for sure.
So, apps that were on Google Play in the early days that collected huge downloads are there to stay forever (if Google doesn’t change the algorithm).
