Unable to authorize my MAC - What after renewing last month… NEED HELP ASAP.

I am going out of town and taking my little MAC but if I cant then I;m screwed.

Can someone please help me

Also this happened last year a few times. If this is going to keep occurring then maybe you need to add something for us to be able to unlock out builds under our account management or something.

Will pass this on and see if I can get someone to look at your ticket.

In the meantime what is happening when you try to authorize? If it is saying that you already have 2 comps authorized you will need to wait for a deauth, however if it simply wont let you verify;

Go /users/library/preferences and delete up to 3 files there that start with com.anscamobile.

I rebooted and got your email on my phone while in reboot. I deleted those files first, and then tried to rerun the simulator.

What Is happening is that as soon as I run the simulator I get a dialog that pops up that says.

Daily builds are only available to current subscribers.

Subscribe now to get access to the latest and greatest corona sdk.

two buttons cancel and subscribe.

no matter what i do i am never give the option to unauthorize / reauthorize my mac. it just takes me to the web and close the popup.

also looks like Sean H on twitter said he looked at my account earlier today and either did not find a problem or mad a change because he told me to try it again, but with no luck as of yet.

I have not tried to install an older version (704) just to see if it works to reauthorize it. I will try that this evening when I get back in.

This did not help at first.

I did what you suggested.

I downloaded 704 stable build which aloud me to deauthorize and reauthorize. then I could now run the latest build

PS they emailed me and told me to try it after they reset my account but that alone did not work, the above step did :slight_smile: good thinking.
