Unable to deauthorize

I tried all day to deauthorize Corona in my computer to install in another. So, after a lot of research, Ive found this POST:

Well, someone write a “solution”: A 7 step to solve the issue.

It works for me.

Now, I receive the follow message:

“You are already using this software on another computer. Please deauthorize the other computer before logging in on this computer. Or click Purchase to work on multiple computers”

I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER COMPUTER. I only tested once the windows version, but is deauthorized too.

Maybe someone can helpme? Meybe from ANSCA…

PLease, verify this to me. If doesnt find anything wrong, please, ask someone to deauthorize ALL my machines associated to bsdrago@ig.com.br (and I authorize again in my computer).

This is a very strange situation. All computer are unauthorized, but I still receive the same message (all computers means all “two”!!! lol )

I’ve tried to deauthorize my Mac and authorize it again. Now I’m getting the message stated in the previous posts:

“You are already using this software on another computer. Please deauthorize the other computer before logging in on this computer. Or click Purchase to work on multiple computers”

I have deleted the two plist files from the preferences but nothing changed.

@magenda, we’ve deauthorized you. Please exit Corona, delete your prefs /Users/$USERNAME/Library/Preferences/com.anscamobile.*, then restart Corona and reauthorize.

I have similar issue. Original installed and ran ver 288 just a few days ago, it expired, so I downloaded newer version 505

Prior to downloading this version, I had changed my password for my login at anscamobile (not sure if this is the problem)

Continually fails to ‘deauthorize’.

So I followed the suggested 7 steps listed in the link in one of these replies

but after re-installing ver 288, I get message that it has expired. So I cannot get the simulator to open, as I either get ‘expired’ version, or using ver 505 I get ‘failed to deauthorize’

Using Windows XP professional… not sure what I can do to get the app to ‘deauthorize’

Did changing my password on my login cause this issue? Is there some other way to deauthorize this app???

I’d installed Corona to a Windows VM Virtual Machine, which now I have deleted. Because of this, I can’t deauthorize Corona to install it on a different Windows setup.

Could you deauthorize the Windows machine you see in your records for me please?
