Anyone facing issue with download app from the Vungle video ads? I am getting feedback from a friend that he was unable to download the game shown on video ad because of the error “The Apple ID you entered couldn’t be found or your password was incorrect. Please try again.” He was using the correct credential.
If possible, please add game, video, & date- if not 4/21. We have not encountered this symptom, if the correct credentials are used. chris//vungleTS
We are having the same issue in our app. The app store dialogue appears when we press the download button at the end of the ad.
However, if you then press install in the app store window, the spinner appears for a second and then fails.
