Hey, I am a minor and I really want to publish to the app store, but I also really want to publish it under my name?

I dont know how he did it is the problem. I think he published it as a company, and I dont know how to get the legal documents for that

You don’t need to set up as a company. Sign up as an individual, but when you publish your app to the app store the app will say “by Company Name” beside the app title but when you click into it, it will say your real name as the Seller.
