Undocumented API - display.getDefault() - Can we please have it documented?

Can we kindly have this API call added to the documentation? It appears to exist in the latest public release (2100) and yet there is no mention of it anywhere in the API documentation. Thank you.

Thanks. This one is still missing though : 

isByteColorRange

Can this be added along with anything else that might still be missing?
