Hi,
it is the known problem with unicode in lua, but it can store unicode strings correctly. Both Android and iOS support unicode filenames. So the question is, is it possible to make Corona Simulator support unicode filenames? Or I don’t get something?
I use it on Mac if this can help.

I fixed an issue with the way we handle filenames with Unicode characters. If you have access to daily builds then please try CoronaSDK 2013.1017 (2013-01-30). If this doesn’t fix the issue for you, please put together a simple app that reproduces the problem and file a bug. [import]uid: 199237 topic_id: 35399 reply_id: 140925[/import]

Thank you for the good news.
Unfortunately I don’t have an access to daily builds so far. If you can share with me this build privately I would love to test it. [import]uid: 144771 topic_id: 35399 reply_id: 141741[/import]
