Unified way to navigate

Hi,

I am trying to understand (at a high level, not coding yet) if there is a unified way to launch user default GPS navigator (google maps … waze and so on) and pass to it GPS coordinates to start navigation.

I would like to click a button and “go to that address”, whatever phone (ios,android and win) the user has, whatever the application is (google maps, waze, navigon …).

Is it possible or only a dream ?
