Unity ads crashing!

I just have bought the unity ads plugin and testing unity rewarded ads BUT when one is shown it starts playing and a second in it crashes the game completely.

Is this a known problem? I have followed all instructions exactly to implement this and am using the testMode and also the forced testMode you can activate on the unity website.

Any experience here from other developers working with the UNITY ads plugin?

We use it on Android… Seems to be fine.

We have a game running smooth with 99.9% ANR and now after just adding Unity Ad, though it works fine in testing and looks perfect but on Google app comes in bad threshold and reach 99.4% in just one update

all crashes are shown in the latest update

Before we can help any one with any ad issues, please put some table printing code in your .init()'s listener function to print the event table and capture the console log of the device and see if you’re getting any errors.

If you’re getting ANR’s or Crashes, there should be information in your Google Play portal. Capture the full crash dump and use a service like pastebin and post the link to the crash log here.

We have already tried this but cannot found anything in logs, our init and show works fine but this is still causing many Crashes on devices for users.

We now have the exact same issue where the number of crashes on GP has increased, and with the same error log as shown in sahil19.sindh’s pastebin link. The app works fine when we test, but a number have users have reported that the app crashes on startup.

We’ve updated the plugin, but you have to be using 3497+ to use the new plugin.
