Unusable profiles (no private certificate found)

Hello,

I have not compiled an iOS app in a while. I use Macincloud.com for this which has worked out well. I aigned up with them again and copied my certificate and provisioning file to the machine. Before I would just double-click the files and they would install where they need. I did that to my provisioning file and it came up with Apple Configurator 2 which could not load the file. The OS is 9.3 and uses xcode 7.3. So I went tinto xcode and added my apple account. I selected to download the provisioning file.

In Corona it says for the provisioning file dropdown Unusable profiles (no privatre certificate found). I then went back into xcode under preferences and viewed the details for my account. It listed the app certificates so I right-clicked and selected View in finder. I then manually copied te provisioning file to that folder like other sites said to do. Restarted corona and same thing.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Warren

Did you install everything in Keychain Access that needs installed?

I downloaded the developer certificate and when double-clicked on the server it came up to load in the keychain access. That was the only file I loaded in their.

Was there anything else needed? Was I able to put the provisioning file in that folder? Didn’t seem to take though.

double the click the profiles as well. when i got a new mac, i could not get the certificates to work so i just made new ones.

You have to have a private key, and a certificate. Once you have that, you can generate profiles. Macincloud needs setup just like any normal Mac. It sounds like you don’t have all the parts in Keychain Access.

I went for dinner and when I came back the provisioning files were showing up. Thanks! I’m testing now.
