Update images (and some text) of an app from a url

I am building a Business App for my Fashion Store.

I am wanting to feature 5 images , that will come packed with the app. Now, I want to update those images weekly, loading the images in a server to be pulled from there. Like this:

  • The images have to be seen offline or online

  • If online, the app has to check ir new content is available.

  • Replace the old ones with the new ones (delete the old and write new ones), so that now the newer can be seen even if the device is offline.

  • Replace the text for the new image title and description.

  • Where the images should be stored?

- I DONT WANT TO UPDATE DE APP IN THE APPSTORE.

I am completely lost where to start looking at.
