Update to iOS 14-compatible GMA SDK

I received this from Google AdMob today.

To avoid a considerable negative impact on your ad revenue, update to the latest GMA SDK.
New 7.64 GMA SDK

As part of iOS 14, developers will need to:

1. Update to use GMA SDK v7.64 or later.
2. Request the new AppTrackingTransparency Framework permission.

Both of these steps are crucial to avoid unintentional revenue loss.

Funding Choices & UMP SDK (coming soon)

Optionally, to help developers better explain the new iOS consent prompt to users, we will make new messaging functionality available through Funding Choices to help explain the value of your app to users. In the meantime, developers can:

1. Get a Funding Choices account directly through the AdMob or Ad Manager UI.
2. Integrate the UMP SDK for iOS.

Just tried Ketchapp Stacks game. AdMob banners but not AdMob interstitials. Unsurprisingly suspend/resume does not dismiss the ad. Ad is still there on resumption. My question is are Solar2D apps exhibiting this unfortunate behaviour for AdMob or other video ads?
