Updating to iOS 9.1

If I update my apps to iOs 9.1, will they run in devices with older iOs version? or the users with older iOs won’t be able to download them?

If you build with iOS 9.1 they should run on iOS 8 and iOS 7 (though in theory that’s iOS 7.1…)

Apple tries to support two OS versions back.
