Upload Error (ERROR ITMS-9000)

I’m having upload issues to Apple App store.  I keep getting an ERROR ITMS-9000 error when I try to submit my app.  I need a fix?  I hit the “ready to upload binary” button in itunes connect and it gives me this error.

Is there any more to the message?

Are you using the Application Loader that we are launching or are you hand running Application Loader (try hand running it!)
