It would be useful to have a URL test to see if a certain app is installed or not.
Something like the:
[[UIApplication sharedApplication] canOpenURL:url]
The spec says system.openURL only takes http://. I haven’t tried it yet, but it doesn’t take other schemes it should.
This would mean if that app wasn’t there, you could call another or send to a “buy me” page.
