URL to App on Store

Getting Started Newbie Questions

I put a Rate it Button in the app and when clicked I want it to go to the url for my app on the app store.   Currently I test it by sending it to my web page so I know it works.

How do I get the url for my app before I submit to Apple?   I need to include the URL in the code.

  1. Start setting up  your iTunes app description (screenshots, etc.).

  2. Look on the App Information Page and get this number (yours not mine :P   )

  1. Use a link like this, but substitute your ID for the number ‘1048482044’ (sorry about the formatting):

http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewContentsUserReviews?id= 1048482044 &pageNumber=0&sortOrdering=2&type=Purple+Software&mt=8
