User IAP fail and are told to "please contact itunes support to complete this transaction "

When user got this message. What can we do now.

I konw that when a transaction has not finished, continue to purchas the same product will get a message as “you have bought this product and havn’t download”. After a few days this product will be locked up and you will get message “please contact itunes support to complete this transaction”.

I have tested my app many times, and did Not Repro. Is there anything i may miss?

It could be perhaps that they went to purchase it on a credit card which at the time had funds available but by the time itunes went to charge them the card was maxed out?

When we call store.finishTransaction(transaction), can we konw the result of this action?

Because the network may fail at that time.
