Getting Started Newbie Questions

Hi,

Q.No 1) I am newbie in Corona SDK and I am implementing a sample app for Android device, basically to build UI in Corona SDK. My problem is, whatever I have implemented in main.lua, it is working properly in Corona Simulator. But when I install the build of the same application on Android Device (Nexus, Htc, Motorola), TextField and Button widgets are missing. I am attaching my app… Please help me.

Q.No 2)Corona Enterprise is available for Windows or Not?
