I would really love to see some example code for a user login / registration for players.
I am just to the point in my app that I am starting to implement multiplayer, and I want to use Corona cloud for my needs, but I’m also a total noob who learns by example, so I’m kind of sitting on my hands without some kind of example.

This is a pretty tough one to answer. First let me talk a bit about Corona Cloud. As we get closer to rolling it out, there will be tutorial/guides that we are writing along with sample apps that will be available to you so you can see how to manage logins with Corona Cloud.
