v1.2 Not Working?

Some of you may have updated to version 1.2 and the remote no longer connects to your simulator. These are some common issues.

  1. You need the latest version of Corona - it needs the async http api

  2. The remote only works on OSX, once Ansca have included the async api in the Windows version it will work as the Mac version does without any changes

  3. Download the latest version of remote.lua from the coronaremote.com website

  4. Upgrading may have reset the IP address the remote remembered from the last connection. You should always check the IP address entered into the remote is the IP address of the computer running the simulator. IP addresses can change each time you boot up your computer.
