Verify purchase when using free version

In mid-May I downloaded what was listed as the most recent daily build. I am using the free version for now as I am not ready to move up to the enterprise version.

I have been using Corona for development since 2014, downloading daily builds etc. With this most resent update which was long overdue I am receiving a notice about my purchase. To review or pay, there is a daily countdown for the expiration time.

As I am using the free version and there are no purchases on my profile I am wondering why I am receiving this message. I have attempted to contact Corona support over a week ago and no response. Is this something I can ignore or is this something I actually need to address with Corona?

That is a legacy issue I’m pretty sure.

First,

  • De-authorize
  • Re-authorize

See if this fixes the issue…

If not …

  • De-authorize
  • Uninstall
  • Reboot
  • Install latest daily or public build.
  • Re-authorize

Should be fine from here.

Do you have the case ID where you reported this to Support?

Before you go through all of Ed’s steps (which you may need to do), I would start with doing a Preferences->Deauthroize and Quit and try logging in again.  I believe that’s what he meant by unregistering the simulator.

well apparently I did not submit the question correctly as I have no email showing receipt or a incident number. so I will follow the steps suggested. if these do not work I will make another entry to this thread.

Thanks

think I found the problem… I am trying to develope on both my desktop and my laptop. The deauthorization  step says that to use corona on another device I need to deauthorize on the current one

I  would deauthorize and quit on all devices. And try logging both of them back in.
