I am seeing a vertical red line when viewing the source file. May I know if this is a known bug?

Hello Falcon,

This is known as the text limit line. It serves as a guide for you to wrap your code to prevent it from getting too wide. I believe the default width is the size of a sheet of paper in case you wanted to print it. You can disble it via the options panel, see the image below:
