Hi,

I know this post is over a year old. I found your plugin and I really love it. I know that I can Ctrl+M+M to collapse the current code block, but Ctrl+M+O does not collapse all code blocks. Is this functionality available elsewhere?

Nevermind, I found it. For all of you who want to use this editor, especially if you’re use to Visual Studio, the command is Ctrl+M, Ctrl+A.

Wow, you’ve made life so much easier for me. Any place to donate $$$?
