I got this message from Vungle and would like to know if this will be accessible until January?

Vungle themselves maintain the Corona plugin.
You can send a message to them and ask when they are planning to issue an update.
After looking at their repository Vungle have already updated their plugin on Dec 2nd to use their 4.0.9 SDK.
