Vungle - very slow to loads ads on 3g network

Hi

I have setup Vungle for our apps that is now live. And the app deliver impression properly.

However some users are reporting that for them sometimes the videos are not playing.

For us we managed to reproduce the problem, that on 3g network the videos are delivered very sporadicly.

I would not have given it second thoughts, but when i play to another game (Skyline…) that delivers videos as well on the same network condition, i never see the problems. So i guess there’s two possibility.

There’s something we implemented wrong in our game.

There’s something related to the Corona Vungle plugin

Does anyone encounter similar issues or has an idea regarding the issue?

It’s kind of important as it impact directly our revenues.

We would like to find out the application and the account so we can review and attempt to reproduce. What would be interesting is to know when we are initialized and the placement since the ads would be cached. ~ Chris
