Ah, I remember David from the last time I asked about this almost a year ago. Strangely I still haven’t got any response back?
I’m starting to worry about the support I’ll get, I hope their support team isn’t as unresponsive as their sales team
It took me quite a few days to get an automated response the last time I reported an error because the service that handles support requests was down. Someone else who was an Enterprise user got an instant email… So I believe that Corona has different prioritized Support server/services.
Once you get into a personal conversation with the staff everything gets better
