Hi, I would like to know how to build a weather app. Is there a sample code that you could share?

What do you want your weather app to do? Asking to build a “weather” app is too generic. Are you wanting a basic Time/Temp? Forecasts? Radar? In other words have you designed out what your app will do, what the screens will look like?
Weather apps need artwork to display various weather conditions. are you drawing your own art? Do you have a source?
Where will you get your weather data from?
How will you differentiate your weather app from the hundreds of others?
Once you answer these questions, then you will be in better position to start building the app.
