It’s a great little feature, but so limiting it’s almost painful. Like seeing the Apple hanging on the tree but having it just 6 inches too high. So, please give us a step stool!
—>The orientation thing is ouch. The inability to change one makes orientation changes clunky and slow.
—> The ability to have at least a 2nd webpopup in action would allow me to keep a landscape and portrait view going… and more “silently” show and hide to handle orientation.
—> 2 would be great, but more than two would also allow us to keep a static AdMob webpopup below the content more easily than writing frames in the html.
[Extra abstract info: I’m trying to put together an app that gives my web site members a better experience and presentation on the iphone or ipad in an app than in a browser (whether they have net access or not, so I’m going to store all their work in a local sqlite db). I think that should totally possible, aside from the basically slowish and clunky workings of WebPopup. Each pop-up looks and works beautiful… but trying to go beyond that basic really starts to ruin the process.] [import]uid: 13859 topic_id: 6843 reply_id: 306843[/import]
