Website won't open

Since yesterday I can’t seem to access this website. I tried different browsers and even from my phone(no Wi-Fi) everything was working fine before, I don’t know what happened. I’m now using proxy to open it.

Any ideas?!

Can you provide more specifics?

Where are you coming from?

What error are you getting?

What address are you trying to connect to?

Can you connect to https://developer.coronalabs.com without the proxy?

How does your proxy change things?

What are you using for your proxy?

Thanks

Rob

1- Egypt

2- “This site can’t be reached” , “coronalabs took too long tp respond”

3- coronalabs.com

4-Yes, but I can only access the docs from there,  but not anything else  like this forums or the main page.

5- The proxy allows me to access it normally as before.

6- It’s a chrome plug-in " downloaded specifically for this"

Can you give me more details about the proxy? What server is it routing through?

Hi, I try to do my self best so, can you give me details about proxy?

On Windows, if you open up your Internet Options, there should be a tab that gets you to your proxy settings. It will vary slightly depending on what version of Windows you’re using. There should be plenty of tutorials on how to this with a Google search.

If a proxy is set, turn it off.

You can always test your connectivity by using Internet Explorer (not Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), but it has to be the real IE and trying to connect to:

https://developer.coronalabs.com/services/xmlrpc

If you get “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” then you should be good to go. Note: Windows likes to put the proxy back on you from time to time.

If you’re on a Mac, hit the same address with Safari (has to be Safari) and see what you get. On an Apple bring up System Preferences, open the Network panel, click on advanced for the connection you’re using and click on the Proxies tab.
