What is the max cumulative upload quota?

Seems like I am running out… Forum tells me :  You can upload up to  132.46K  of files (Max. single file size:  132.46K )

How can I have this number increased? I would like to continue helping out by attaching code samples, screenshots etc but seems like I can’t anymore.

This is a sensible question, as far as max cumulative upload quota concerns it is not that easy to figure out!
