What is your opinion about the indie corner?

Hi guys… Today I realized that Google Play has an “Indie Corner” and I would like to know your impression, because, after the uncertainty of the update that Google gave to its store and the loss of installs per day to 85% of indie developers, it seems as if it were a consolation prize for indie developers or, that they are taking us away from the big companies that invest thousands of dollars in advertising.

It is my opinion and I would like to know your thoughts? May be I’m wrong or lacking in knowledge of the subject. It was only the impression Google Play gave me when I saw the “Indie Corner” banner and entered that corner.

Well its visibility isn’t that great… I just heard of it today, when you posted this question.

It should be in the default game list ( I can’t find it) or get its own bar at the top (I like this better actually).
